Leslie began riding at age ten at a U. S. Pony Club in Westchester County, New York and is a graduate of Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre with a concentration in Teaching, Training, and Stable Management in the disciplines of Hunters/Jumpers and Dressage. For three decades, Leslie rode in the disciplines of Eventing and H/J, and continued to ride while garnering her Paralegal Certificate while working at a Los Angeles law firm, and later in various corporate financial services legal and accounting roles. Leslie has worked in the saddle fitting business for fifteen years and today enjoys working as a business owner and riding her horse, Franklin.

In 2025, Leslie further advanced her expertise by completing a professional saddle fitting training session with Gruppo Selleria Equipe in Valdagno, Italy. There, she gained hands-on experience with the craftsmanship behind Equipe saddles and developed an in-depth knowledge of their extensive range of options tailored to meet the unique needs of horses and riders.

Tripp Equine Services LLC has chosen to distribute only the Equipe and Amerigo brands of saddles because of their commitment to correct saddle fitting philosophies and because of the demonstrated success in seeing horses and riders perform comfortably and to the best of their abilities.
